Used some telescoping pipe inside to hook everything up. Put the stove on blocks for the time being to meet the 18in floor clearance and will build a permanent hearth pretty soon. The stove has about 27inches clearance to the wall but I will be adding some sheetmetal protection with an air gap...

Cut hole in roof with 2 inches of clearance to the pipe. Set up roof flashing and fastened to roof. Used some neoprene roof sealant to seal everything. Installed pipe and built some support brackets using some conduit I had.
