Yes Buick Farmer I did 6 weeks, twice a week, Physical Therapy! It really was well worth it as I learned a lot on building up my body core and at 74 years old I needed the education! 🤣

Fantastic update Sir! I feel your pain! I had back surgery not long ago! One disc replaced and lots of arthritis removed in lower spine area! Retraining my old brain not to do THAT anymore! Take good care of yourself and post up those updates please!
