There are a lot of companies that build pole buildings in Pa. Just get a copy of the Horse Trader and look at all the adds. Cleary Building Corp is in the area and might be worth checking for a price. Morton Buildings is also in the area.

Thanks for the info. It was the info that I needed to help me make a decision. I do have the option to tell the Contractor not to seal it when they make the cuts.

So even if I decide not to seal it, I may still need to grind or etch if I go epoxy? I have also thought about going with a vinyl tile floor in the 12"x12" black and white squares. But I am not sure if that is worth doing or the durability in a garage.
