Need a source for gooseneck barn light

I can't seem to find them online, but I was at my local Sam's Club yesterday and they have a pretty decent LED dusk to dawn gooseneck light for $20-$40(can't remember exact price). I'll try and do some more digging and see if I can find it.

Garage is framed, bigger than I thought

My motto has always been "If I wanted to be friends with my neighbors I would have bought a house by my friends". Granted I don't go out of my way to piss them off or anything, but I also don't care if they don't like something I do. If you've gotten approval from the HOA, and the city then what...

    Ceiling fans

They've worked well for me so far. I've had two of them up in my first half for about 2-2 1/2 years now without any problems, and they kick up a fare amount of air to circulate the heat. The other two were just bought recently and installed on the other side of the barn than I'm currently...

    Ceiling fans

I've got a couple of these on each half of my barn that also has 14' ceilings. They work great for the price, but I ended up buying different speed controllers that I could mount in a 4" metal box as opposed to the ugly/bulk controls that come with the fans...

    Garage tunes

I use a Bluetooth soundbar/sub combo, and either plug my MP3 player into it(which also has an FM tuner) or I just stream from my phone or tablet to the sound bar

Overhead Door Height vs. Wall Height

13' doors w/ low headroom track and 14' walls here. Also you should be able to order garage doors in 3" height increments depending on what your exact needs are. The height is determined by what combination of 18", 21", and 24" panels are used in the door.

    Garage Wall's Thinking Metal Roofing?

It does reflect sound more/echo slightly, but it's not unbearable, a slight echo in the side I'm currently finishing up, but that's only because there is nothing else in there... Either way the tunes are normally cranked so I never notice the difference.

    Garage Wall's Thinking Metal Roofing?

I'm still finishing up the 2nd half of my barn, but so far I'm digging the Galvalume ceilings and walls. I plan on one section of wall in my back "storage" room to put plywood on the lower 8' to be able to hang garden tools, etc.

    Show us your radio/speaker setup

I don't have any pics, but I bought a Bluetooth Soundbar/sub combo for a TV. It fits perfectly on my Pop Machine, and I either plug in my MP3 player, or stream from my phone.

    HF Paint Gun

Believe it or not, windshield washer solvent works well to thin latex. The alcohol in it flashes off quick, and it sprays smoothly and dries quick. I've even used the blue stuff with white paint and you can't tell it's not entirely white.

    Let's see your garage doors

You can clearly see 3 of the 5 in this pic. (2) 12w x 13t and (1) 16w x 10t. I also have an 8w x 10t(without windows) on the LH side, and another 12w x 13t on the back side for a drive thru bay.

What causes this to happen to a crank pulley

It looks to me like the lower part of the ring in you picture hand a bad paint to metal adhesion, then up in the 9-10 o'clock range it looks like bad paint to rubber adhesion, but it's kind of hard to tell from just a picture.

Garage door has a gap at the top when closed?

Try putting spacers between the strut and door(with longer bolts obviously) in the middle to push the door back straight.
