Not really sure at this point since it's very dependent on what beer I brew. I've read that power wise it should only cost me $2-3 a brew instead of filling a propane tank every 2 brew days.

I built it using plans from theelectricbrewery.com with a few minor changes. I would love to build a larger system now but I think I would need some sort of barn or out building to work in.

I still want to finish the walls, the floor and add lights. Then eventually move this all to the basement but this is the "brewery" so far. Does anyone else have a brewery in their garage?

Are there any boxes of this size, of comparable quality & even remotely in this price range that come in black?

I really want one of these chests but I want to paint it gloss black. Has anyone ever repainted one of these things? What's the best way to go about it.
