Be bold and do what you like!!! I did cherry red on the wainscoating and a silverish grey on the upper walls. The ceiling is a very dark grey-charcoal color. The other wall is getting the galvanized tin.

Yes a V4 Wisconsin. It is a big machine for the age. I bought it from a neighbor who's dad bought it brand new. Got a box of manuals and parts books. It was either rent a machine a few times to do some yard work or buy one.

I have a L775 with a Wisconsin 4 cylinder gas engine. Very handy machines for sure. A diesel would be a great upgrade for sure. Keep posting the progress!!!!

I picked up a few of these old barn lights awhile back. Mine were meant to mount directly on a box. I had other plans for them. Picked up some aluminum conduit and various fittings. Bent up the conduit the shape I wanted. Put it all together and mounted them above where my work bench will be...
I really like the built in receiver to mount different tools. Curious as well as to how you store them when not being used on your bench.

When I wired my garage, I put a outlet about every 4 feet. Plus 3 50A outlets for my welder. Its nice having a welder outlet at every corner. I also put a couple outlets up high on the wall that are switched. So I can plug in lighted signs or whatever else. Where my work bench went I put round...
Swag off-road makes a really nice table kit for porta bands. I bought on years ago and havn't regretted it once.

There is so many posts about lights on here I think you could search until you found the end of the internet!!!
With that being said, so many have put so much thought into fixture placement. Is there such thing as to much light in the workshop? I mean, have any of you removed lights or pulled...
Re: Everyone has an angle! Show us your angle wrenches.
It looks like Tekton now has the same 30/60 angle as Snap On wrenches.

Another thing to think about is if you want a top chest or hutch or locker down the road. If you go with green or orange will that color still be available in 10 years? Pretty sure the basic "old boring" colors will be.... maybe something to think about.
