I'd put in a hose bib so you can easily hook up to rinse the floor, and floor drains if you're allowed to have them.
Ask for plenty of outlets on every wall (multiple circuits can be helpful), and possibly run conduit (smurf tube) in the walls for EV charger wiring to each parking bay. Even if...
Can I ask who your Morton rep was, and how you liked working with them? I'm looking into doing some construction through them and would love to hear feedback on your experience.
Building looks awesome!!
Do your research on an actual detailing forum instead of on here, if you want to get accurate and thorough information. If you take the word of the Porter Cable voters without further information, you're being sold an orange when you asked for an apple.
You need to consider your use case before...
Are any of your cleaners listed on your website? I have Costco MotoFloor in my garage that has become stained (white tiles no longer white, etc.) and I'm looking for a better solution to hopefully restore them.

That said, I've had...

I was just talking with my CPA today, and he was showing me a building he had built by Byrum. I'll be giving them a call, and I'll look up C&S as well.
Thanks for the leads!
Another bump, I'm in Lansing and also looking for a builder. The folks I started out working with turned out to be horrible at meeting expectations during the design phase.
Check out Prevost... a French company with some really nice stuff; in addition to the blow guns you'll want to pick up their "S1" safety quick couplers.
Here's the single car garage I've been detailing out of for the past 12-13 years...

Probably a lot more elaborate than you're looking for at this point but it might give you something to shoot for.
