Can anyone tell me how much clamping pressure is needed to seam Corian countertops. Corian fab manual says not to clamp to tight otherwise the adhesive will be squeezed out. If not enough clamping pressure won't there me a glue line? I'm a little confused. How is a person to know how tight?

I am fabricating my first Corian countertops. I have read the Corian fabrication manual. But it does not say if the seaming is done good side up or upside down. I am thinking it should be done good side up so you can be sure both pieces line up correctly. Does anyone know the proper way to do...

I'm fabricating my first Corian countertop and I am trying to duplicate the edge profile on the attached Corian picture. I have searched for a router bit that matches the profile but with no success. I believe the edge is called cove or small ogee. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.
