    service cable from pole to meter, who is responsible

    who pays for a replacement of the service cable going from the pole at the street to the meter? the home owner or your electric provider, in this case pse&g? the wire is old and the sheathing is falling apart.

    that depends ware he lives. the eastwood warehouse / store is a half hour from me. I don't have a there welder but picked up a 60 amp plasma cheap since the boxed was open. works fine for what I do with it.
