Well I jumped in with both feet and placed my order just before New Years. My items arrived today and I am very pleased. Won't hesitate ordering from them again...Looks like a winner.

I have used KMS before - unfortunately they don't carry the items that I'm trying to order. I need/want some Klein slide racks and have had a terrible time finding them without crossing the border. Cheers!

Have a had good experiences and definitely some bad ones with CTC. They seem to have gotten worse since the whole "we're a work clothing store...no we're a bank thing" but as was mentioned above - you can try another store and get totally different results...not always an option in smaller towns...
