Metal is what I would recommend. I have in all of my garages. So much easier and clean. You`ll just may need to plan more to make sure anything mounted on ceiling doesn't fall onto a rib. Here are some pics of the one I`m working on now.

I built this 42 x 60 Morton in 2011. I put a living area in 1/2 of it. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, family room. I vaulted the ceiling though out. Being that I stepped the foundation. The living area is 11' and garage half is just under 14.

I am pouring my floors next week. I planned on putting a cure on them after they are poured and then saw cutting. Figured it would be better to do that way to keep dust out of the cure. The plan is to seal them after 28 days. Does this all sound ok? Do the expansion joints typically get...

Building looks great. We just signed with Morton to put up a 42X60. I am actually doing all my concrete work before the building goes up. The building will be built on top of the stem walls because the way my land is. Plus I didnt want wood any in the ground.
