    We have a 200,000 BTU diesel heater for our Quonset Hut. Heats the 30'x60' un-insulated steel building pretty well, even better since we put the industrial fan up top. At 25°F it could keep the shed at a good 55-60°F. May not be the nicest/fanciest option, but it should run you only $200-$400...
