Weird that this thread popped up. I'm in Washington state. In 50+ years of living here I've never once seen a lizard anywhere near my house. Yesterday I almost stepped on one in my garage.
I've used Coast Airbrush for small quantities of House of Kolor Kandy paints. I know they offer HoK in spray cans (but I've only bought the regular paint not in the spray cans). I'm not sure if they do other brands or custom mixes in spray cans but it might be worth asking.
I've had this happen before with some white ones that advertised having bleach in them I got during the pandemic. Haven't had the issue with blue ones before or since.
I use the 4.5 cutoff wheels until they are about halfway worn down. I then keep them for when I need to get into tight areas. Once they are that small they don't last very long though.
