Had my 40 x 64 x 8" floor poured exactly 2 weeks ago. The manager from the concrete plant was there keeping an eye on the pour and told me the best way to cure it would be to keep it wet for at least 7 days. The vapour barrier I layed down under the steel helps to keep moisture in as well...

At what point do you apply the densifier? Am planning to pour my floor in the next 2-3 weeks. Do you have to wait 30 days for the floor to be hard, or can it be done sooner, or does the floor need to sit longer before application.

There are a lot of driveways with interlock stone. If you seal the stone, cleanup shouldn't be a big problem. The only issue I see, is that the floor of your garage will be 6-8 inches higher than it is now, and you'll have to grade the driveway to match the height. Will the garage door opening...

Congrats on the Leaf vac. I bought the Cyclone Rake last year and have been amazed at how quickly and well it works.
