Just found 2 of the Milwaukee Roto tools marked at my HD for $58.04. I showed them a picture of this thread showing a picture of it for $25.02 and they match the price so I bought both!!!!
A quick eBay search reveals some in the $40 price range.
Just got rid of one of those table lifts. It was always in the way when not in use. That's why I want this one to be flush with the floor when not being used.

I didn't mention in my original post that I will be sinking this new lift in the floor so that when not in use it will b flush with the ground much like this one I've seen on YouTube.
