    Snap On Warranty

I have had excellent experience dealing with snap on customer service by phone, A few years ago my ball pean from 1989 had the plastic cracking and breaking off a phone call and a new on sent, told to just dispose of the old one. My dead blow from the same year is now getting that white chalky...

    Mini blower recommendations

Bought the 20 V DeWalt for the wife ,she wanted something lighter than the gas leaf blower. seems to work well and shares the same battery with my drill and impact.

Any love for old snap on ratchets?

Most of my ratchets are the 36t, I have a few 80t but find they feel a little less balanced . the larger head is ok for long handle but feels heavier and less balanced compared to my old ratchets.

Are tool truck sockets “worth it” for the professional?

Yes they are , many close tolerance bolts have 12 point heads. the majority of my sockets at work are 12 pt while my sockets at home are 6 pt.

    Snap-on ratchet

It must have been at some point going by the plastic cap. originally it probably had the back of the gear facing out or a metal cap. I got a rebuild kit for an old 20 tooth ratchet which that one most likely was. the kit I was sent was RKRA33ALS.

How two Phillips screws fouled up a $1.16B mission

Torq-set screws are no better than Phillips they can still cam when over tightened are can be horrible to remove ,even worse than Phillips.

    Grip Edge star sockets....worth it?

Never seen that easy grip before, looks interesting. I've always used valve grinding compound which can help as the last chance before drilling.

    Help identifying this tool box

Don't believe its a snap on. The hinge pin appears to be on the outside, snap on are on the inside. could be an old mbc box.

    Safety-pin style wrench organizer?

Metal shower curtain hooks work well, that's what I use for my ignition wrenches.
