I just acquired this Craftsman 43185 patent pending QR 1/4" ratchet. It's got some broken teeth on the gear, and the ball detent is kaput. All the other bits are okay, and the ratchet body is nice and clean.
Anybody out there have a beat-up organ donor, or a gear in your spares box? Can buy or trade.

I seen to have more Snap On ratchets than any other.....
They're the first ones that I grab when I need to spin a socket

Your missing out then! Every time I go to work on something I reach into a sea of Snap-On and go Right for the 120 tooth gearwrench 100% of the time. Surprise that hasn't broken by now ha

Like your old long handle 1/2 , usually if you find an oldie like that they are the reg length.
