    Giant Wrench

I have the same wrench and weighed it out of curiosity. It weighs 46lbs. The handle is 3/4" thick at the base and tapers down to about 1/2" at the end.

    Knockoff Hansen socket trays

Pure speculation here. (Don't have any evidence to back this up.) The listing indicated they are coming from Wisconsin (same as Hansen). I would guess these are actually manufactured by some shop down the street. Perhaps someone at that company is making them on the Hansen molds and then...

30” Bandsaw 3 phase wiring help

Just hook the 3 wires up to the motor (plus ground to the case) and then bump the motor on for a second. If it runs backwards then swap 2 of the motor wires.

    Metal Storage Tray Sizes

Having used those those bins alot, I'd say they would be terrible as a "toolbox". They are great for small hardware where you may want to occasionally pull the whole tray and take it over to the job. You pretty much have to pull them all the way out, then flip the lid open to access the...

How Much of the Current Craftsman Toolboxes Are Actually Made In The USA?

It looks like the boxes and drawers are built from scratch in USA. (unknown origin of the steel itself) I would also guess that the drawer slides and wheels may be imported.

Wilton make a Yellow Tradesman Vise?

Wilton offered "High-Visibility" vises in a bright yellow color. They would have had the same WILTON name plate as the green ones.

    Wilton 75th Anniversary

Take another look at the template. It shows the wider spread holes towards the front edge of the bench. If you mount it this way the static jaw will hang over. (not by much).

Craftsman 10" extension for 1/4" ratchet

I have a 2008-2009 Catalog. In 1/4 drive it shows 1.5, 3, 6, and 14 in the standard extensions. As you noted, there is a 10 in the QR.

Options for insulating 40x30 pole barn

We finished our building a few years back and it has worked out well. ( Hello from just West of Lincoln. ) First we stapled reflective foam insulation to the existing horizontal runners in the wall. The idea was to reflect back some of the radiant heat coming from the steel panels. (This...

Wright tool - lack of response

I had similar results. It seems their website is out of date so the email addresses and contact form don't actually get read by anyone. I called and got my problem corrected quickly.
