I have the same wrench and weighed it out of curiosity. It weighs 46lbs. The handle is 3/4" thick at the base and tapers down to about 1/2" at the end.

The listing indicated they are coming from Wisconsin (same as Hansen).
I would guess these are actually manufactured by some shop down the street. Perhaps someone at that company is making them on the Hansen molds and then...
Just hook the 3 wires up to the motor (plus ground to the case) and then bump the motor on for a second. If it runs backwards then swap 2 of the motor wires.
Having used those those bins alot, I'd say they would be terrible as a "toolbox". They are great for small hardware where you may want to occasionally pull the whole tray and take it over to the job.

It looks like the boxes and drawers are built from scratch in USA. (unknown origin of the steel itself)
I would also guess that the drawer slides and wheels may be imported.
Take another look at the template. It shows the wider spread holes towards the front edge of the bench. If you mount it this way the static jaw will hang over. (not by much).
