    Seems as if the steel is the major problem! There is no need to weave for most GMAW welding, the bead shape will be determined by the speed, voltage and wire-speed. Start with a high voltage and if it starts blowing holes, or under-cutting, reduce the voltage and wire-speed by small increments...
