    Between 485 & 705 SQ/FT Garage Screen Porch Addition

I was finally able to get a new inspector to allow the porch roof to hook to the garage while re-roofing whole house. Installed gutters to get water away from porch slab.

The heater work excellent. Don’t know what I would do with out it now. I keep the garage around 50-52 degrees and it warms up to 60 within 10 minutes if I am working out there. I can hardly tell a difference in my natural gas bill. Maybe $10 mo. Thanks for asking.

It was my only option. Inspector would not allow a hip roof because the I could not prove the old patio had cement columns below the frost line. The gutter is still there and the siding is marine plywood covered with tar paper and then cedar shingles on top. It is flashed and caulked for water...

I received the I-57 interstate sign for by birthday. It is from ETSY. Great Quality. Look up interstate sign or road signs for an excellent selection. 3'x5' and weights about 8 pounds.

The apron is a nightmare for me in the North. I would leave it bare. I loved the looks of the apron at first but it is not worth it. Mine is slick and the temperature variance between garage and outside works on it.

    Winter Damage

I have resolved to grind the approach off and either leave bare, put down a non-epoxy based concrete paint for easy touch up. On an off the wall thought maybe just screw it and cover with Race Deck. What is the best tool to buy or rent to make removal in a small area best? Should I seal...

The heater works great. I kept it around 52 degrees but occasionally left it around 60 when I forgot to turn it down. It was cold for quite a while the past two winters. I only noticed approx. a $10-15 difference in my bill (natural gas). It is definitely worth the money. Keeping it at 52...

My garage has a temporary visitor for a few day to clean out my 10x12 storage shed. After 18 years selling them I thought I would buy one (for my son to mow some yards).

    Bubbles on New Epoxy Floor

I had the same issue although over 100 spots. My contractor ground them down with a dremel tool and refilled and sealed.. I still find one every now and them not filled. My contractor did not wait long enough after self-leveling to put on seamless top-coat.
