I feel like clamps need to be painted bright red. I did some homebrew black oxide, not too long ago that turned out really really well. That is a super cheap way to go. If you decide you want black – we had everything you need in our pantry.

I am slowly buying up old Snap Ons with the metal handle. I found a nice 3/8, and a nice 1/2 as a backup for my daily driver 1/2. I will probably get one or twomore for some reason.

Any decent bidirectional tool will do that. When my Autel was in for service I bought the cheapest Icon and it works fine for everything you describe.

You're right. I apologize. I use a custom blend of nitrogen, some oxygen, and a little bit of argon, neon, and some other exotic stuff.

I almost never use pullers, but I feel like I need to buy both of those sets and everything else that would make a complete Snap-On CJ2000 homage set because the whole setup looks cool.
