    The house is a single story ranch with a cement slab that I assume is 8 inches, Cant just cut it out and pack the dirt then recement it huh? Im thinking maybe water got underneath it but cant see how taht happened because its all right on the dirt.

    WAT JKJK I get your reasoning, Probally dont have to build a bunch of benches but I would recommend getting those cheap metal shelves that warehouses use to stock stuff. Right now your shop looks like a rich ricer boy's garage with parts everywhere and stuff on the floor.
