I disagree with the sprayer being quicker. With something that size it will be quicker to roll out when you take into consideration the set-up time, going to the rental store to reserve/pick up the sprayer, covering the windows/doors with plastic. Not to mention the cost of the rental...
And don't be afraid of the low lustre paints. Flats eggshell satins...have come a long way in their cleanabilty characteristics. SW Duration satin is what I have painted on my shop walls. Muralo paints have come up with a ceramic paint which is supposed to clean well. I however haven't tried...

Both? If that's the case then you really shoudn't care too much about it's thickness. You can probably go with just one coat. I didn't find the job difficult. You do have to wear a respirator however. Keep in mind that any liquids...

I did my 28 x 28 using Sherwin Williams Armour Seal. I did it last year myself(of course I own my own painting company) and it has held up well. You have an open invitation to take a ride down to Salem to check it out.
Don't count on these robots to return to the base all the time. Ours return to the base about 50% of the time. Other times it gets hung up on something or the batttery does somewhere in transit. We currently have 3, 2 Roomba's and 1 Scooba.
However, they die out on us for various reasons...
