I jumped off the fence for the drill and then the SC w.adapter and 6 blade pack. Not confident i,m mounting the mm blades or adapter correctly...had some slip/rotation of the blade w/my noob trial test.

I found this neon sign in the dumpster about 10 years ago and had to touch up the paint then redo the neon. It really lights up the toy box at night.
I've sold and erected over 450 buildings and we use .80 pt nail or glu lams(better penetration of preservative) wood on top of footer with gravel for drainage. Permacolumn are good but usually too pricey for the customer.
I have a Perka Building and am also an installing dealer for them since 1995.
They are considered hybrids and use steel (framework) post and trusses with wood purlins and girts.
No scary stories that I'm aware of.

I have a 40x60x12 Perka building that cost about $35k complete.
