Update: Received my order on the 22 January. They web page still had my order pending....Now, I don't think 18 days waiting for my order was too out to lunch, but I wish they would communicate better.

So on 4 January I order an Extreme Tools top hutch for my toolbox from Network Tool Warehouse ( NTXTools.com ). Here it is the 12th of January and my order is still pending. They don't answer their phone or reply to emails. This order is $938.00! My credit card was charged on the 7th. I...
