I would imagine it would be lower 48 to lower 48. I've had items shipped this week from California to Ohio for $7.99 and from Kentucky to Ohio for $7.99. Chris.

I only had resistance 1 time this past week, shipping a clearance item. It was from a clueless customer service guy. Explained to him I was calling to pay for parcel shipping for an item that was paid for and waiting in their online pickup cage. And that I just needed to have the shipping rung...

Just to report back, I ordered items at 8 different Lowes across the US the past few days and each of them shipped via 3-7 days for $7.99 plus tax. Took about 10 minutes over the phone for each store, but Lowe's really impressed with the customer service. Chris.

Worked like a charm. Ordered last night, called Peoria, IL this morning and they are shipping to me for $8.63 ($7.99 plus tax)

That's really quite shady. They (Lowe's and Home Depot) offer a generous almost no questions asked return policy. No reason to exploit it.

I hope this is the case, I just ordered a tool that is in Illinois and hope they ship to Cincinnati. Have you tried this before I assume?
