Compression - Show Off Your Compressor

Bummer some property manager offered me a Kellogg-American 462 TV and tank on Tuesday. She said if I picked it up and removed it from the facility I could have it free. Alas I already have a Kellogg 331 and no free time to pick up and potentially rebuild another. If your planning a trip to...

    New Post-Modern Garage/Workshop

Awesome build and with a cool look to boot. I look forward to the days when I have saved up enough money to do something like this. But for now, supporting a wife at home with kids, mortgage, etc and making due with an old garage and previously owned equipment will have to do (I actually love...

Compression - Show Off Your Compressor

Just to report back in. jrsulo was right on. I spoke with a exceptionally knowledgeable gentleman at aircompressorsales.com and he explained to me that some of the old Kellogg 331's were made without the tapped holes in the head for the unloader and you therefore had to "tee" into the...

Compression - Show Off Your Compressor

Run 1/4 copper line from the elbow threaded into the front of the oil pump and tee into connection between the 3/4 exhaust port and the tank supply line. Reference Picture 1. 2. Run 1/4 copper...

Compression - Show Off Your Compressor

Thanks, yes I have been on this page quite a few times. I am cerain it is a 331 now but I'm just entirely not sure how the unloader on the front of the oil housing hooks up to the head.

Compression - Show Off Your Compressor

I actually think this may be a 331TV but even those seem to have an unloader on the right hand side at the top of the head. hmmmmmm......

Compression - Show Off Your Compressor

Hi All, I'm new to this forum but found it while trying to investigate this new compressor I just bought. I purchased this old 5hp (Baldor installed in 2010), 220/1, 60 gal Kellogg unit to replace an oil-less 30 gal CH that I have in my garage. I want to run a blast cabinet and so I needed to...
