    Craftsman air hammer bits

I just picked up a 4 pice set still made in USA. Any idea who the supplier is of these bits?

    Snap-On online warranty

I think its a judgement call by whoever answers the call. My friend bought a pair of Snap On vise grips online. When he received them they were defective, the lever would pop out of the crimped area every time you opened them. They sent a new pair and he was able to keep the defective one.

Anybody have the 3/4 drive Wright 42 inch ratchet?

That's a Snap On SHLF80A in the picture just to show how massive that Wright really is!

Anybody have the 3/4 drive Wright 42 inch ratchet?

I bought one not cause I needed it.... But because I "wanted" it. Definitely not fine tooth but each click inspires confidence, solid engagement.

    Thread, bolt size gauge

Just got one of these from Zoro. Same ones used at home Depot and Lowes. Wish I would have gotten one of these years ago! http://www.zoro.com/i/G2491291/

Free FastCap 11th Finger Push Stick

I did end up receiving one. Took it to work the next day and instantly disliked it. It flexes, has a small lip, & doesn't do much to hold down the workpiece. I'll stick with a homemade one.

Same here. At this point, I don't anticipate receiving one. Which is fine. It's unfortunate that what started out as a nice offer turned into negative press for them.

Jorgensen 6" bar clamps & DeWalt 7-1/4" saw blades $4.99 at Ace Hardware

Re: Jorgensen 6" bar clamps & DeWalt 7-1/4" saw blades $4.99 at Ace Hardware The ones from Menard appear to be 3706-ld (light duty). The Ace ones are 3706 the medium duty. Then there are the 3706-hd (heavy duty). Look the same but different ratings. 300, 600, & 1000 pound ratings...

Jorgensen 6" bar clamps & DeWalt 7-1/4" saw blades $4.99 at Ace Hardware

Re: Jorgensen 6" bar clamps & DeWalt 7-1/4" saw blades $4.99 at Ace Hardware That's a USA one. It broke clamping a 2x4 to a piece of 3/4" plywood on its first use. The next clamp had no problem. Likely just a casting flaw.

Re: Jorgensen 6" bar clamps & DeWalt 7-1/4" saw blades $4.99 at Ace Hardware I use Jorgensen/pony clamp every day at work. Never had a problem. I'm sure this is just a flaw and it was returned no problem.

    Cornwell A-43 5/8" to 1/2" Adapter?

I needed a 1/2 to 5/8 adapter last year. Ended up grinding a 1/2 to 3/4 down to make it work.

If you could start over what tool company would you pick

I would never limit myself to one tool company. I know this won't be the popular answer but with that being said I've found myself liking the unicorn of truck tools... Cornwell. I build furniture by trade but the Cornwell driver will accommodate me whenever I call him.

Help me choose a bench grinder

My Dayton is 10.8 amps and 3450 rpms. It is made in Taiwan though. I really have nothing bad to say about it. I just have it in my head that Baldor is "the" name in electric motors.

Help me choose a bench grinder

exmaxima1, there is no doubt the Dayton has power at 10+ amps. Maybe I'm just being a brand snob with the Mac/Baldor names.
