Find a place that deals in reclaimed/used/seconds for the foam board. Save a LOT of money that way. I used reclaimed 3" blueboard under my basement/garage years back. Turned around and used reclaimed 2" under the polebarn last fall. Spent $8 a sheet vs the $30+ from Menards/Home Depot...

Quote is high compared to what I paid last year for my 6" seamless gutters on the house. ~175 feet of gutter, 4 downspouts. My total was right around $1300. But I'm sure location factors into this.
