I've asked everyone and I still come up short. The only markings are that it has both metric and standard stamped on it. My guess is that it measured bolt heads. But, I would like to have the proper name of it.

Hey guys, what's up. I'm new to the board and kind of new to tools. The main reason I stopped by was I inherited a bunch of tools and come across a couple of threads and was they were pretty interesting. So now here I am.
