Can anyone help identify this???

I've asked everyone and I still come up short. The only markings are that it has both metric and standard stamped on it. My guess is that it measured bolt heads. But, I would like to have the proper name of it.

Measure them and see which dimension is which.

I'm guessing at socket inserts. Slip one of those inside a SAE socket to fit a metric fastener, or vice versa.

Wait, they actually sell those? I thought you were supposed to use some sort of shim to adapt from SAE to metric and back.

Hey what's up guys, have you seen the new Peyton Manning commercial. It almost as good as the Saturday Night Live skit. But, anyways I did try that insert out and I don't know it that is what it is or not. But it fit like OJ Simpson's glove should have fit. LOL. So THANK YOU guys for all the input!!!!
