Im with you on this and also leaning to pole built. I have been looking for a list of "must haves or must do's" before pulling the trigger on a pole building. Other than the various companies websites, I haven't found a good list that could point me in a good direction.

What kind of estimates are you coming up with for everything but the actual boiler if you DIY?

Thanks for your replies guys. I am looking for any feedback I can get. Naturally cost is an issue and for the kind of use it will see I would prefer the simplicity of a pole building.
