While, I agree you can always find "other" tools. The Milwaukee stubby impact wrenchs are hard to beat in there size and class range for the price, I find my 3/8 more versatile then any other cordless tool in my box. The only other power tool I use as much is a 3/8 fuel ratchet.. im not sure...
While all of what you guys are saying is fine and dandy the point is the op was asking if it can be done. The answer is yes. Would I use it daily to remove lugs from semi trucks. No. Is it good enough for most DIY and home mechanical work. Most definitely.

There is the video you guys asked about I know i watched it before somewhere (went and got one a few days later) never looked back have a 3/8 model never take the 1/2 out for much of anything anymore..
Snap on.. only place that taps and dies come with a lifetime warranty.. master sets with all metric and sae fine, course, and npt threads...run around 500 new. eBay has them new for around 300 most of the time.
Meijer was running 25% off tekton stuff I don't remember how long the sale was for but 25% is a good deal, got stubby wrench sets in metric and sae. For 17 bucks a piece.
Don't buy channellock? To me most of the channel lock stuff is garbage in the first place USA made or not.. Knipex, Snap on (non channellock rebranded stuff) and even some of my sunnex and gearwrench pliers are 10x better than anything channellock I've used..
