Used to be mainly Craftsman and Chinese mix. But I took full advantage of the Snap On apprentice program a few years ago. I've never turned back. SO all the way...with Knipex here and there too.
Does anyone know if SO makes adjustable rolling tool trays? Or if the other major manufacturers like MAC, Matco...ect makes them?
If not, can anyone recommend a particular rolling tool tray is of good quality.
Their locking pliers are Grip On (which are amaing by the way) made in Spain. I have seen a blue point Knipex crimper though. But yes, for the most part they are USA made
So here is NoNN37's toolbox. The weight of the box sits on the frame. I am buying a 722 this week and was thinking about building a frame for the box.
Now this box will not be stationary. It will be rolling from hangar to hangar. While the hangar floor is smooth, the ramp is asphalt and a...
Two votes for power tank. Those look real nice. Oldwizard that tool looks decent and Mr. Tool, does that SO have a stem gauge? Call me old school but I just trust the old dial gauges over the digital. Not to mention, as you deflate it gives a live read out pressure. I went to Princess Auto...
Does anyone out there know of a good quality tire inflator tool in the class of being a precision instrument? Something where you don't need to hold on to the hose and can inflate and deflate while giving an acurate reading. Nothing digital by the way.
What brands are out there that can be...
Its things that happen to sickboy motors that scares me. You save up to buy a quality tool to last for lifetime only to have it stolen. That's pretty messed up. A vibratool seems pretty harsh on chrome and whatnot. I've just bought this bit here...
So Gray has the 100th anniversary sale. I am looking at a new 40 inch toolbox and Gray has 40% off of their Marquis series. This tool box

Thanks for the suggestions and tips. I think a combination of darkk and holt 2ton would be ideal. The paint to quickly identify a tool and the engraving to confirm that it belongs to you. Trucky's etching idea isn't that bad either. But will engraving on a chrome tool lead to the chipping off of...
I'd like to know what would be the best way to identify your own tools. I've got a large order of SO tools coming in shortly and I don't want to engrave them. What other alternatives are there that will not damage the tool but last a long time and can be noticed from someone else's tools easily.
