    ceramic/porcelain to metal epoxy?

So, after spending weeks looking for the right size sink for my bathroom reno, I found one and ordered it. Only when it arrived did I realized it's a vessel sink, and was not intended for wall-mount like I needed. Shipping / returning it will be cost prohibitive, and it's the sink we're...

    2x4 vs 2x6 walls

Your insulation wasn't installed correctly, period. Fiberglass insulation relies on the air pockets created within the mat to provide the R value. If there are spaces where the mat doesn't meet the studs/ rafters then those areas aren't being insulate. If the insulation is compressed, then you...

    Polyethylene foam board insulation?

The 2 short edges of the boards are ship-lapped as well, so that should help hold it up over your spans. It's fairly bow resistant as it's got the foil facer. I don't think i'd trust it to span your whole 8 ft, you'd have to do some sort of lathe as you mentioned. Might be worth it in your case...

    Polyethylene foam board insulation?

I just used it as my ceiling. I think it's also rated at r5 or so. I'll eventually blow in cellulose on top of it, but It's already make a remarkable difference for seperating my garage from it's attic. I think I paid $5 or $6 for each 4x10 sheet. New is like $25 I didn't want to drywall, or...

Fair Price for Office Storage Cabinet?

I've picked up 2 of them at $25 and $35 a piece, but they weren't in that nice of shape. I usually see them go for $75-$100 a cabinet. I need one more, but I don't want to pay that much. then, I can sand them all down and paint them.

Always leaking air fittings - At the quick disconnect

No, we're all dumbasses who never thought of that. The cheap fittings don't leak at the threads, they leak in the quick disconnect fitting. The tolerances aren't right, and they leak.

Always leaking air fittings - At the quick disconnect

Agreed. I replaced all my harbor freight fitting with Milton V fittings, and all my leaking issues were solved. I purchased from: http://www.toolsource.com Wasn't particularly happy with their service, but their prices were cheap. The V series are their high flow fittings and are backwards...

    Digging shovel for tall guys?

To be honest I've never actually used it. I bought it as you see, the tractor was trashed. I have an old Cub 1650 that i'm putting it on. My spring project. The hoe is getting re-engineered to sit closer to the mower. As it sits that whole setup weighs probably about 2,000 lbs. I'm mainly...

    OTC/HF front end service kit

I have the HF balljoint press set, and consider that to be a good buy. I would be wary of this particular kit though. I broke 3 of these getting the balljoints seperated on a CRV: http://www.harborfreight.com/3-4-quarter-inch-forged-ball-point-joint-separator-99849.html Not sure if it's the...
