I'm not understanding why you need the additional fence added in. I looks like your existing fence already surrounds the rear of the property to keep the pets in and everything out of sight.

Looks awesome! I really like the design of your space. Just a quick tip, if you're still cutting in, there's a tool called the Accubrush, saved my sanity. I got mine on Amazon a few weeks ago to help me paint inside our house. Best $40 bucks I've ever spent on a tool! Saves SOOO much time...

Try using one of those plastic razor blades, much less likely to damage the paint when scraping the residue than with a metal blade.
