Messy shop means more time spent on customer products then cleaning up... I've seen killer product leave shops that looked like a tornado went through it.

Re: what did you do in your garage today? Yea ITS... We just got back from Sebring where we ran with SVRA. It was CRAZY being on track with everything from 1300cc European sedans to Le Mans winning Audi R8 prototypes.

APC has environmental cards that plug directly into the larger floor units that can be configured to send out emails/SMS txts. BUT you still need to power your cable modem up with the UPS itself... If that's the only load then you might be able to get a decent amount of time off a 750 with...

It seems like the core center section is a decent foundation. The property appraisals office shows a 1200 square foot detached garage so a permit was pulled for the initial build. I guess my first action should be getting the architectural drawings from the county.

Well... I have an offer in on a house that has an existing concrete pad. Looks like the previous owner went bankrupt and tore down the old metal building for scrap :shocking: Attached are pics with a few basic dimensions. The pad itself is 39'10" X 29'6". It looks like a 30x40 metal building...

Nice garage man... My father has an early 60s Alfa Romeo 2600 spider much like your Maserati there... Its in desperate need of a restoration :(
