Vintage Plomb Tools
I'm going to have all my Plomb tools welded together and make an Garden Gate for my back yard. I think it will make a nice art piece

OK, What is it??
Thanks to everyones information, I found out it is an Ingersoll Rand pneumatic air hammer 1930's. Serial # A26327 Size K1.

Found it. It is a Special Ford Tool A-90-A24, Part of a set V-8 Spring Spreader Part It is in the 1942 Catalog Page 91 On the Web Collecting Snap-on vintage tools
