Yep, nice old tap wrenches. Here's a few current ones, they haven't changed a lot over the years.

For those who might be confused, several of the above photos are of die stocks; those with the larger round center sections. Tap stocks or wrenches have the V-shaped jaws, or in the smaller sizes, T-handles with compressible jaws with a screw sleeve.
