    2000rpm on a 1/4" tool is only 131fpm, that's pretty slow already. I'd wager chip re-cut to be your primary issue. Use a little WD-40 on the tool to keep it slippery and an airline to keep the chips clear. How did the cut sound? It should be a nice, even noise. If it sounds erratic you're...

    How many HP is your motor? 1/8" on the ID is only 1/16" off the key and that probably wouldn't upset me. However, if you feel it needs addressed a file and some time will get you where you need to go although a broach would be best. Sent from my SCH-R890 using Tapatalk
