Titan Lifts. Saw these guys MCACN in Chicago last November. They had several lifts set up and they were being used by the show judges. That might be an option. Looks like they have a 7K and an 8K model# SDPL-8000XLT.
If you want "superior" and have the funds then spend $7K on a Rotary or Mohawk. They make solid product.
If you're looking for an affordable, quality lift as a hobbyist, then this would be an option. It doesn't have the internal lock ladder that I see on others like GSE. As it was explained...

Thumb through the images on here...the last picture has an under car view. Not much room to do much. Now if you are looking at a drive on style scissor, you'll probably have more room depending on what model...
Have you looked at www.titanlifts.com ? Have seen these guys at Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in Chicago with their 7K 4-post (Official Lift Sponsor). Also at Cavalcade of Customs in Cincy and out in Carlisle, PA at the events they have out there.
You're probably going to need 115" in overall clearance on your height. Both vehicles + 8" (to account for your runway, clearance under the runway and a couple inches to clear your safety lock so you can get it back down to the floor....you gotta go up before you go down). That's not quite 10'...
I think BendPak makes a decent lift. Most lifts are manufactured off shore these days. There's a couple out that claim to be American Made but the reality is components are manufactured overseas.
