Found a "free" metal cabinet for the garage today! SCORE!!!! Same height as the Gladiator ones but flat black and a little beat up, but it will do the job just fine!

So ceiling is done and I got the shed and base built this weekend! Now I need to get into super organizing mode and get stuff moved from the storage under to the shed and the selves in the garage. Then all that is left is the lighting and the RUSTBULLET Floor coating.

You went backwards, heater before AC in Cali, come on :wtf: I plan to get one of the 14K portable units as I don't want to cut a big hole in the side of the house, I'm also looking at heating options, but still up in the air on that at the moment. As for SoCal, I'd live there in an instant and...

As the wife and my mom say, when I really set my mind to slmething there is no stopping me :-) I like instant gratification, that said I may not be able to do the floor for some time as it's humid as hell in Chicago and it's going to start getting cold soon.

Thank you, I love the way it looks in the garage, I was going to modernize it and make it all pretty, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized that would be a mistake. The only thing I will do is change out the knobs.

Well guys, here it is 80% of the way done. I need to paint the ceiling the same color as the walls and get the floor done, which may take a few weeks. I also have to get my shed built, and empty out the storage unit as well as put up the 9 4 foot LED lights and build two more of the Gladiator...

So much to do, so little time! Made some progress tonight, got the whole front wall panted and parts of the side walls. I also got my barn wood accent piece up, I'll be mounting my TV and sound bar to this, it's 67T X 57W

LOL I hope I live up to expectations, I have a lot of **** to hide back in here and I am by NO MEANS a skilled carpenter :scared: I REALLY need to get my 7x7 shed built, so I can put a lot of stuff in there.

Lights and two Gladiator shelving units were just delivered, ordered Monday from Sams and here today, not to bad!

Check SamsClub, I got the 10 linkable 4 footers for 299 shipped. I am going to start putting up the Wainscoting tonight, and will start to paint tomorrow :rocker::rocker:
