Notice something else about this tool kit as well compared to my blue vw ones the other day. There is a bit of difference in the plastic molding around the tip of large screwdriver. It is not as a tight fit to help prevent the tip going through the plastic

Can anyone supply information on what tools went into the top tray of this kit. I never seen one like this before until recently. Its like the Vw blue tool kit for the bottom tray "][/URL] "][/URL]

Bit of a late reply.....Judging from the photos it looks like the small one that is in my kit.... Plus the numbers match. So yes... Belongs in the fifties kits... Changed a bit later on especially for the square kits..

Another one of my blue tool kits. For the hazet tools missing the small screwdriver and a wrench (another wrench missed out on the photo).

WTB: Hazet stubby phillips screwdriver that fit in a mid 60's hazet kit. These are a bit bigger then those from the 50's kit.
