Thank You Oldtuleguy after I cleaned it up it looked great. I was in the process of trying to sell it on Kijiji when a buyer asked if it had a model and serial number - it did not so I removed it from site to find out why. Snapmom said they started to mark them around 54 so it must be a 53 box...

I have a 1953-1958 KR-53 Snap On tool box that does not have any model or serial number makings. It is from Canada. Any reason why it is not marked on rear of cabinet? Would appreciate any input.
