Either he cleaned them up in a blast cabinet before his last use or these were used specifically when he blasted something.

I haven't personally ever seen those wrenches either. I have no idea their value/cost.

I would guess he meant to ask is it USA made or a Stanley off shore (Taiwan) product? Too my knowledge, they are still USA made, but I could be mistaken.
