    Not sure about these particular jacks but I use hockey pucks for all my jacks and the lift. Real (cheap) pucks, not the high priced automobile ones with the hang tabs on them.

    That's why my 3 pole barns were built using 3 2x6s for each post. Buried portion plus about 3 feet up are pressure treated and the remaining portion non treated. Pressure treated / non treated sections finger jointed. no twisting or bending.
