    110' x 26' Forclosure

The walls are 2 layers of solid brick. I do think they radiate SOME heat on a sunny warm winter day but more often than not the only thing they radiate is cold! So far the taxes have stayed the same.....so far...... Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

So far the furnace seems to be working as planned. I set the thermostat to 42 last night and low and behold it was 42 in there this morning. It was down in the high teens low 20s last night. It seems to be cycling at a reasonable rate (I was worried it would just run constant and not shut...

I have heard a bowl of corn soaked in alcohol works, haven't tried it yet though. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

A little bit at a time. Each year we try to do one major project. This year will likely be plastering the interior walls and insulating the ceiling. I need to get these soffits finished before that though as the damn pigeons think this is a great place to hang out. The owl only worked for...

I believe that's what I paid for this one. I figured the hammer drill would be useful. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Well.....we do have a VIN! I bet if I dug around at the house I could find a pic in one of the old albums (I live in his old house. As a matter of fact my Great Grandfather also used to own this house) Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

Something I meant to share previously. I found an invoice for a used 1952 Mercury for $530 sold out of this garage back when it was Dunlaps. It came with all the bells and whistles including heat and defrost! While the invoice itself is interesting, the best part is the man who purchased...

    My Little Quonset Hut (24x40)

I love Quonset huts! I missed out on buying one in town that was a tire shop and inspection station for years. The 2 post lift from my building ended up there but unfortunately it was before I became owner of it. The deck looks like a cool place to hang out! Sent from my SM-G930V using...

    110' x 26' Forclosure

I have been in business since '03 and I have bought one skid of stucco mix and it's the one I bought for my shop haha. We do a bit of direct applied Dryvit on block or concrete though. Holds up well. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

We are going to parge with traditional stucco mix and then either just sponge float it and paint, or, run acrylic finish on top. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

These were about the only good thing I saw there. I wanted to pic up some metal shop class stools but they got bid up to a ridiculous price. A couple more pics I took today. This is the front area where we framed a partition wall and load bearing office wall (well....it WILL be an office...
