A little bit at a time. Each year we try to do one major project. This year will likely be plastering the interior walls and insulating the ceiling. I need to get these soffits finished before that though as the damn pigeons think this is a great place to hang out. The owl only worked for so long lol.Glad to see you're still chipping away at this. It's looking great!
LOL.... I imagine it would. Kinda.I have heard a bowl of corn soaked in alcohol works, haven't tried it yet though.

How thick are the exterior walls on your building ? Are they solid brick ? Do you think you got any "thermal mass" residual heat on warm winter days and cold nights ?It seems to be cycling at a reasonable rate despite the current lack of insulation.
The walls are 2 layers of solid brick. I do think they radiate SOME heat on a sunny warm winter day but more often than not the only thing they radiate is cold! How thick are the exterior walls on your building ? Are they solid brick ? (Nephew just bought a commercial property that is about 100 years old and has wall that are 3 brick thick. "Experts" keep saying he does not need to insulate because they will provide thermal mass and not transfer heat to the outside. Sounds like BS to me !)
