What had me concerned about the Mr Heater Big Maxx, is that my neighbor has one and has had lots of trouble with I have another Buddy who bought the Rexnor Unit heater and has had no trouble with it.

I didn't use up any floor space. I mounted it on a shelf that was basically wasted space. It does work pretty good.
