DPeglow could you post some pictures of your Racedeck against the newage bold? I'm looking at doing the exact combination.

Place cabinet on top of 2x6 and extend front feet to level. If front feet won't travel enough to level then place a 2x6 under front feet.

I just wrap the hose around the unit when not in use... The hose is very flexible and as far as reach it really depends where you mount it. I wanted to reach my cars parked outside, and have the ability to vacum the garage floor so I mounted it between my garage doors.

Your gonna love the freeflow. I can't help you with the bend pack but with the sawdust that's easy. I have a wall mounted shop vac with 25 ft hose. Whenever I have sawdust or shavings I just vacuum up.

I've had my Racedeck floor (freeflow) for a year now and have never had any clacking. I would not put any type of liner underneath...it's not needed.
